Using the University Bus (Shuttle Bus)

University?Suminoe Shuttle Bus

  • To use this service, you will need to present a ticket (100 yen per ride) and your student ID. (Please note that cash payments are not accepted.)
  • When using the service, please be sure to observe proper riding etiquette so as not to cause a nuisance to neighbors.
  • The Suminoe bus terminal is a 4-minute walk (300m) from the south side of Suminoe Station.
  • The university bus terminal is at the east rotary near the center of campus.
  • Tickets and coupons are sold at bus ticket vending machines. (Ticket vending machines accept transportation IC cards such as ICOCA, as well as some electronic money.)

  • Sumiyoshi Bus Terminal (※)

*Suminoe Bus Terminal only sells single-use tickets. Coupon tickets are not sold.

Applications can be made for and used by officially recognized organizations such as clubs and seminars.
However, there are restrictions on the number of people and distance traveled, so please inquire at the Student Affairs Office.

Please note that fuel costs, tolls, parking fees, etc. will be borne by the user.
